When can my delivery be made?
Floral Haven delivers flower gifts in Glasgow between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.  We are unable to deliver at specific times, but can usually narrow times down to a two-hour window upon request ie. between 2 and 4pm or A.M. delivery before 12. (Except at busy peak periods - for Valentines Flowers, Mothers Day flower gifts and Christmas hampers and flowers)  For Glasgow business addresses, we endeavor to deliver flower gifts before 5pm.

What about Sunday flower delivery?
We can deliver flowers in Glasgow on Sundays, but internet orders must reach us by 4pm on Saturday. Otherwise, please order by phone on 0141 423 9994 to ensure we receive your order in time for delivery.

What does it cost for delivery?
Delivery charge in Glasgow is £5.00
Delivery charge for the rest of the U.K. is £5.00

We can arrange flower gift delivery on your behalf throughout the U.K., although the designs in this website are exclusive to Floral Haven. We are an accredited Masterflorist and as such can relay your order to another excellent florist elsewhere in Britain.

What happens if no-one's home?
We do our level best to deliver to the intended recipient, but in cases where no one is home we try to leave the delivery with a neighbour and put a calling card through the recipient's door telling them from whom to collect. In some instances, and only if the driver deems it safe to do so, deliveries can be left on the property in a safe place, ie behind storm doors. We will never leave flowers outside where they are at the mercy of the elements or thieving opportunists. If there is no safe place or person with whom to leave a delivery, we will try again later.

It is helpful if we are provided with all the contact details (such as flat position) for the recipient so we can make an efficient delivery. Recipient phone numbers will only be used as a last resort to locate the person and arrange delivery time. Please make sure you include a contact number for yourself in case of difficulties.

How do I pay?
Payment online is organised through secure Protx, credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron.
Please treat your order confirmation as a receipt. Our V.A.T. number is 761655417.

What do you do with all my information?
Floral Haven NEVER pass on customer or recipient details to any third party and your data protection is secure in-shop and online. We take great care to minimise security risks involved in online transactions. The order entry pages where confidential information is entered show the golden padlock symbol, the sign of a secure server - ours is provided by Umbrella Consultancy. All data is encrypted in the software using 128bit encryption, it is only decrypted after reaching our computer. Your data is not kept in clear text on any website.

Will my details be revealed to the person receiving my gift?
All the recipient receives is your card message, handwritten by us. So don't forget to say who you are, unless it's a secret Valentine of course. We can not reveal the sender's identity if they have requested anonymity.
