My mum and mother-in-law were totally delighted with the flower arrangements which you made - my mum was blown away by her arrangement, and my mother-in-law has now decided that any future flowers she wishes will be ordered from you instead of her usual florist which she has used for many years - big praise indeed knowing what my mother-in-law is like!
 
Thank you once again for going the extra mile for me and making two mum's very happy indeed.
