SECC Wedding Show Success

Subtle glamour and handworked bridal frames
We had a lovely time at the Scottish Wedding Show at Glasgow's SECC, we exhibit there every year. It gives us an opportunity to meet lots of brides-to-be browsing with their families, and other suppliers in the wedding industry.

The beautiful ghost wood tree at our stand drew lots of interest, decorated with it's clear glass orchid baubles and wooden hearts. We suspended our bridal bouquets from satin ribbon and draped all around with trailing Passionflower.

Handworked wire bridal frames were popular, with our unusual cupid's bow shaped bouquet a big hit, festooned with delicate orchids and pretty spray roses. The emphasis was on subtle glamour, with tasteful vintage brooches used to finish our gorgeous dome of hydrangea, antique roses and bouvardia.

Trailing Passionflower vine was woven and twisted in different ways to outline our garden inspired heart shaped bouquet, and to encircle our Ae Fond Kiss Scottish design. Thistles featured alongside rich purple orchids and lilac roses, with the handle bound in heather for an unusual finish.
The Wedding Show was a great success for Floral Haven, with many brides booking their free Inspiration Consultation in the shop. If you would like to speak to one of our team about your wedding flowers, please call 0141 423 9994.
