It's all in the wee details...

Finishing touches, Scottish style
I just wanted to share with you a simple little detail from a corporate event we decorated in a marquee at Cameron House. The event saw many international visitors converging on the bonny banks of Loch Lomond and the hosts hired kilts for all the men. As they each sat down to dinner, they discovered at their place settings a simple thistle buttonhole bound together with fragrant rosemary, ready to pin to their jackets. Feedback from the event hosts was that this small token was universally well received and made a great icebreaker between neighbours. The guests went on to enjoy their ceilidh and danced into the wee sma' hours with the fortification of much single malt. Slainthe!
